Housing Options
At Colorado College, we believe your living environment is integral to your personal and academic growth.
- Incoming First Year Students check out the first year page
- Transfer students are placed in a variety of locations across Campus, that includes Traditional Halls and Small houses
All incoming students will submit housing preferences via the Housing Portal
Application Process
As part of the process of living on-campus, all students must complete the Online Housing Agreement. The housing agreement for incoming first year and transfer students will open on Monday, May 6, 2024. Housing Agreements for incoming first year and transfer students are due on Friday, June 28, 2024.
Where can I find it? Student Housing Portal
Students can match with preferred roommates and fill out room preferences when signing their housing agreement.

Incoming first year & transfer students will apply when the housing application is live over the summer
Incoming First Year and Transfer Students will be able to see their 2024-2025 housing assignments by Monday, July 15, 2025 in the Student Housing Portal
