The East Campus Housing Community accommodates continuing students. Apartments communities allow for the conveniences of on-campus living, while providing an atmosphere that assists students in transitioning to off-campus living.

These apartments come furnished with furniture and appliances. Students are responsible for their own cleaning supplies, small kitchen wares, and microwaves. Also found in this community is the Hybl Community Center.
