You have the option to provide an attachment with an official transcript order. Please note, attachments MUST be uploaded by you (the student) during your ordering process. We CANNOT accept paper attachments in the office. You are responsible for uploading the document to the order. Certain application services may auto-generate a cover sheet, or you may upload one yourself.
If you are needing to send an attachment that is required to be filled out by a college official (i.e. Common App, Transfer Forms, Dean's Report, or other Transfer Forms from specific Colleges), please read the information in the section directly below before placing your transcript order (check out the "Students Transferring Out of CC.." below for more info)
If you are needing to send an attachment that is required to be filled out by a college official (i.e. Common App, Transfer Forms, Dean's Report, or other Transfer Forms from specific Colleges), please read the information below carefully before placing your transcript order:
- Allow 3-5 business days for forms to be completed
- Complete the student section of the transfer form (personal information, FERPA release, etc.)
- For academic related questions, please send the form to the Registrar's Office at registrar@coloradocollege.edu with the subject line "College Report". The Registrar's Office will fill out the academic related questions (GPA, Dates of Attendance, Academic Standing, etc.) and email the form back to you.
- For disciplinary related questions, please send the form to the Office of Student Life at DeanOfStudents@coloradocollege. The Student Life Office will fill out the disciplinary related questions and email the form back to you.
- Once the college official sections are both completed by the pertinent office and returned back to you, you may then initiate an official transcript order and upload the completed College Report to your order for processing.
REMINDER: Attachments are a student's responsibility and cannot be uploaded by a college official. Give yourself plenty of time to complete the required steps above in order to have the forms completed and returned to you, for you to submit your order, and for your official documents to arrive in a timely manner to the receiving institution.
Before ordering an official transcript, please make sure to review your academic transcript on Banner SSB or in Stellic to ensure all courses, final grades, and/or your degree display properly. If any holds exist on your account, you will also need to resolve these prior to ordering your transcript. Your official transcript order is processed promptly with the current information and cannot be held for a future grade/degree posting. Please ensure these display in Banner or Stellic before placing your order.
Please note: degrees take several weeks to post to the transcript, they are not conferred on the day of graduation.
