Excel at CC is Colorado College's professional development program. Workshops are designed for staff and faculty learning and are primarily facilitated by our in-house talent of higher education professionals. Through Excel at CC, we offer 60-80 live training sessions per year to support employee development and engagement. Participants who attend Excel at CC sessions can look forward to the opportunity to learn and grow their skills, as well as the chance to engage with other members of the campus community.
