• CREATE
  • CREATE matches Colorado College students with Mann Middle School girls to engage in creative, imaginative, and experimental activities. The goal is to help the girls find a passion and through this passion build self-confidence. Activities will take place on the Colorado College campus using the College's available resources.
• MusiCC
  • The purpose of our organization is to provide an opportunity for CC students to connect with the Colorado Springs community, and through one overarching theme—music. We believe that there is a huge wealth of talented musicians, ranging from concert pianists, to opera singers, to dexterous percussionists, and we want to take this musical talent to those who are not able to visit the performing halls Colorado College provides. Often the music department reaches out to invite the Colorado Springs community, but there has never been an organized effort to do the exact opposite: for the Colorado College community to bring music outside of the College and into Colorado Springs.
• Kids in Motion
  • This student organization supports the work of Kids in Motion Colorado Springs (Kids in Motion CS), which began as an after-school program in 1977, and now includes two Saturday morning classes and a summer program for youth. It is an introductory dance program with various genres, including modern dance, jazz, and ballet technique. Instructors (CC students with a background in dance) teach year-long classes, though substitutes are always welcome as well!

  • Concrete Couch works with kids and community groups to create public art, to build community, and to create environments and experiences that humanize our world.
• Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center
  • The mission of the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College is primarily to support visual arts, performing arts, and arts education within the Colorado Springs community consistent with the current FAC mission while also supporting the educational role and mission of Colorado College. The Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College will continue to provide innovative, educational and multidisciplinary arts experiences that elevate the individual spirit and inspire community vitality, building upon its history as a unique cultural pillar of the Rocky Mountain region.
• Bemis School of Art
  • Whatever your artistic interest and whatever your age or skill level, we have classes to drive your passions at the Fine Arts Center’s Bemis School of Art, a year-round facility. Experienced artists and art instructors and limited class size create a motivational and supportive environment to explore your creative potential.
• KRCC

  • KRCC is an award-winning, professionally run, National Public Radio member station airing "Morning Edition" weekdays with local host Abigail Beckman; local host Mike Procell can be heard during "All Things Considered" on weekday evenings. KRCC's license is held by Colorado College, and the station is partnered with Colorado Public Radio as part of a statewide network of news, entertainment, and music. Through its partnership with CPR, KRCC is responsible for generating its own revenue through listener contributions in Colorado Springs and southern Colorado. The KRCC newsroom provides local stories, series, profiles, interviews and reports during the NPR newsmagazines, many of which are also incorporated into the statewide CPR broadcast network.

    In addition to news and entertainment, KRCC broadcasts an eclectic mix of music, sometimes featuring local artists, with long-time music host Vicky Gregor. See the full schedule of KRCC's programming here.

    KRCC's signal covers southeastern Colorado, including Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, Pueblo, and La Junta. Other communities receive KRCC's signal via translator, including Buena Vista, Salida, Westcliffe, Gardner, Villa Grove, and Trinidad, Colorado, and Raton, New Mexico.

• CC Mobile Arts
  • CC Mobile Arts is a robust program that seeks to provide recurring and diverse high quality multi-disciplinary arts experiences at no cost to the public. Community members can share ideas for programming of interest, local artists can book the truck for shows and workshops, and local institutions can request visits from the truck to their sites. CC Mobile Arts aims to reach all corners of the city, represent the diversity of stories held here, and create spaces for the exchange of ideas, creativity, and joy!

  • As we enter 2022, daily dose 719 is a an information hub on all social platforms. Follow along for your daily dose of innovation and inspiration straight from the powerhouses striving to amplify the voice and culture of the BIPOC community in the 719. 

    Vision: Community as the driving force of innovation in their own neighborhoods. 

    Our Pledge to the People: We will nourish the identity and culture of Southeast Colorado Springs by connecting residents to opportunities, happenings, and to one another. 
• Pikes Peak Children's Museum
  • PPCM is a community-built, hands-on educational destination in Southeast Colorado Springs, that engages ALL children and their grown-ups by sparking creativity and passion for life-long learning through purposeful play.
• Rocky Mountain PBS

  • Over a million Coloradans turn to Rocky Mountain PBS to discover provocative and inspiring local, national and international programming; find diverse viewpoints; score front row center seats to world-class performances; and experience lifelong learning opportunities every month. Rocky Mountain Public Media is the parent company of Rocky Mountain PBS, KUVO Jazz, and The Drop. Rocky Mountain PBS began in Denver in 1956 as Colorado's first public television station. It is now Colorado's only statewide television network, with stations in Denver, Pueblo/Colorado Springs, Steamboat Springs, Grand Junction and Durango. Rocky Mountain Public Media is Colorado’s largest statewide, member-supported, multimedia organization.

• Rocky Mountain Women's Film
  • Rocky Mountain Women’s Film elevates the stories of women and others who are often unheard or unseen, cultivating a more empathetic and connected community. RMWF hosts several film viewings throughout the year throughout Colorado Springs that are open and free to the community. RMWF also has the longest-running women’s film festival in North America which honors films and filmmakers that present the world as women experience it. The Rocky Mountain Women’s Film Festival showcases documentary, narrative, shorts, and animated films that are thought-provoking, enriching, and encourage both global awareness and personal growth and is held annually in November at Colorado College. 
• Kids in Motion
  • Kids in Motion Colorado Springs (Kids in Motion CS) began as an after-school program in 1977,  and now includes two Saturday morning classes and a summer program. It is an introductory program with various genres, including modern dance, jazz, and ballet technique. The Saturday dance classes, held at Cottonwood Center for the Arts, August-May, have limited availability. The students perform in three shows at different locations in the Colorado Springs community, including The Citadel.  Many students have benefited from this program through the intellectual stimulation that dance movement and music offer.
