cSpace

cSpace is a student-designed space for members of the CC community to explore their creativity without pressures to produce something specific. The space encourages processes of experimentation, prototyping, and playfulness.

What can you do in cSpace?

In cSpace, CC members can engage in creating, connecting, and collaborating using a wide variety of materials such as paint (watercolor, acrylic), charcoal, collage supplies (many types of paper, print media, books, scraps, and Mod Podge), a printmaking station, stamps and ink, glue, yarn, fabrics, and music making materials. The space also features Legos, building blocks, Hakoniwa sandplay, playdoh, and puzzles. It enables students to experiment and prototype as a way to think through an assignment or personal project. Faculty can reserve the space to teach classes that benefit from access to creative materials.

How do you get access to cSpace?

cSpace is located in the Creativity & Innovation building on 232 E Cache la Poudre St. (the northwest corner of Weber and Cache). It is open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Individual key card access to the building begins with completing a tour and signing a waiver. Tours are held on the first Tuesday and the second Thursday of every block. Tour registration is encouraged. If you cannot make a tour, contact Evelina Fisher to arrange a time that works for you.
