Cultural and Linguistic Diversity
In 2019, the Education Department at Colorado College received authorization from the Colorado Department of Education to extend our offerings to include a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) Education endorsement! A CLD endorsement indicates that a teacher is prepared to offer high-quality instruction to multilingual and culturally diverse students. Our program fosters equity-oriented dispositions through explicit instruction in anti-oppressive pedagogy and field-based experiences in diverse schools. Join us as we meet the needs of today’s youth.
