Courses
The program’s signature feature is its residential summer experience, which expands as students advance. Rising sophomores attend two weeks of on-campus classes without an overnight stay. Rising juniors participate in a three-week program that includes two weeks of classes without residency, followed by a one-week residential experience. In their final year, rising seniors complete a fully residential, three-week on-campus program, living on campus for the entire duration of their courses.
Courses will be co-taught by one CC educator and one educator with high school teaching experience (12-month staff of Colorado College are not eligible). Each instructor brings assets necessary to the course - disciplinary knowledge, academic and developmental expectations, classroom management, and foundational understanding of skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a college classroom.
