Password Protect a Zoom Recording

By default, your Zoom recordings are not password protected. If you wish to protect them with a password, here is how you do so:
  1. Go to the Zoom website and sign in with your Zoom account credentials
  2. Once signed in, click "Recordings" on the left
  3. Next to the recording you want to protect, click the "Share" button
  4. Toggle "password protection" on
  5. Enter a password
  6. Save the password
  7. Click "Done"

The password is now applied. You can click "Share" again and then "copy share information to clipboard" to copy the sharing link, then paste it in an email or in Canvas.
