Use this guide if you need to set your office phone to forward to a different number but you're off campus so you can't do it using the physical buttons on the phone itself.

Forward Your Office Phone From Off Campus

Start by logging into VMWare Horizon as you would for other off-campus access to network resources. Choose the "Cisco Office Phone Settings" item from the dashboard

Sign in with your CC account information when prompted. This will open the Cisco Self Care Portal, and you'll need to sign in with your CC account one more time

Click "Call Forwarding" on the left side, check the box labeled "Forward all calls to:" and then click the dropdown menu and choose "Add a new number". Type the number including 9+1+area code, and then click "Save" and you're all done!
