Configure email, calendar, contacts on Android

How to set up email on Android

Download the Outlook app from the Google Play Store and then open it and tap "Add Account"

Type in your full cc email address and tap "continue"

Sign into CC single sign in with your username (not email address) and password, and do your Duo MFA prompt as usual

When prompted to add another account, tap "no thanks" or "maybe later"

How to set up your calendar on Android

Your calendar comes along with your email, so follow the steps above in the "how to set up email to an Android" first if you haven't done so already. Your calendar is in the same app - with Outlook open, tap the small calendar icon in the lower right to switch to your calendar

It will default to "agenda view". We suggest tapping the small icon in the upper right and toggling it to "day" or "3 Day" view for a more familiar look

Sync contacts on Android

With the Outlook app open (it must be configured for email first - see above), tap your picture or initials in the upper left and then the gear icon in the lower left to access settings

Tap your CC email address under "Mail accounts"

Tap the "Sync contacts" toggle so that it is on (it is off by default)
