Spiritual and Intercommunity Life

Colorado College welcomes all people of faith, valuing freedom of religious expression and committing itself to religious pluralism. More than 25 spiritual communities have an active presence on campus to encourage students on their journey.

The Chaplains’ Office

The Chaplains' Office fosters the life of the spirit by inviting authentic spiritual exploration and meaningful religious commitment. Supporting the human quest for identity and belonging, we cultivate an education of the heart to enrich the life of the mind at CC.

We are excited that Alex Hernandez-Siegel has joined our team at Shove Chapel as the new Chaplain and Associate Dean of Students.  Alex comes to us from Harvard University with a variety of experience in chaplaincy and student affairs that he can draw from to create  a warm and welcoming environment at Shove Chapel.  He is already reaching out to faculty, staff and students in order to connect the CC Chaplaincy across campus.

The Chaplains’ Office wants to welcome our new students, transfer students, and returning students to a new academic year at Colorado College.  Please call, email, or stop by with your thoughts, concerns, or for conversation. We look forward to a great new year with you!  Like us on our Spiritual Life at Colorado College Facebook page!
