Colorado College Mentoring Program

The Colorado College Mentoring Program connects students with alumni and family members for a semester-long experience rooted in shared interests, career goals, and personal growth.

Whether you're a student ready to explore your next steps or an alum eager to give back, this program builds bridges across generations of Tigers. The mentoring program is open to all current students, CC alumni and family members with professional experience. All mentoring program activities — including applications, matching, and initial communication — happen on Tiger Link.

Key Tips:

  • Complete your profile with as much detail as possible — incomplete profiles will not be accepted.
  • Answer registration questions carefully — these inform the match process.
  • Review the Handbook for your role.
  • Understand the time commitment — at least three formal meetings formal meetings across the semester.
  • Be open to building a meaningful mentoring relationship.
  • Once accepted, check your email and Tiger Link inbox regularly for program updates.
