Support the Library
Charles L. Tutt Library is a hub for research, learning, and intellectual community at Colorado College. Tutt Library provides welcoming and inclusive spaces for students to learn, grow, and thrive and support the college's inquiry-based curriculum with an array of technology, expertise, and world-class collections.
Albert Seay Library of Music and Art, located on the ground level of Sperry S. And Ella Graber Packard Hall of Music and Art, compliments the services and collections of Tutt Library and houses one of the largest liberal arts college music research and performance collections in the Western United States, a collection which includes books, scores, audio recordings, video recordings, periodicals, reference materials, music production equipment, and online resources. The facilities of Seay Library include a multi-purpose study room, a private study carrel, a group listening and viewing room—equipped with a flat screen monitor with speakers; playback devices for CDs, LPs, phonograph records, compact cassettes, DVDs, and VHSs; and a Nord Grand digital stage piano—as well as the Department of Art's Art + Technology Lab.
Gifts to the library have an immediate impact on the students who use the library every day, and will enrich the library collections, services, and spaces for years to come. Donor support is essential in supporting innovative digital projects such as making CC's student newspapers searchable online, improving furniture and spaces, and making sure students have access to affordable and innovative textbooks.
