The Employee Training Temporary operational group is charged with identifying, prioritizing and ensuring the effectiveness of training that is mandated for all staff and faculty.
Colorado College has a need to ensure that all employees understand how to perform certain key expectations of their roles. Some of these expectations are defined by regulatory bodies. Other expectations must be met for effective operations of the college. While broadly assigned mandatory training can help meet these needs, the administrative burden of creating, assigning, and participating in mandatory training can be significant. This team will work to ensure any such requests are effective and appropriate use of organizational resources.
