To access your medical records please visit MyHealthConnection.

Please be advised that medical record are only available after a students first appointment at the health center, records cannot be found on MyHealthConnection without first establishing care at the health center.

Billing & Insurance

For students who have purchased the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) there is a $0 co-pay

For students using private medical insurance, please check with your insurance carrier for co-pay and billing details for getting care through UCHealth
