The Center does not enroll children part time.

Families will be charged a one-time registration fee of $50 per child upon completion of enrollment paperwork.

Tuition Rates effective July 1, 2024

Tuition Discount:

There will be a $40 sibling discount applied each month to currently enrolled families. Both children must be enrolled in the center for discount to apply.

Tuition Rate and Payments:

• Monthly tuition is billed automatically and is due no later than the third business day. The Center does not accept credit cards or cash. Checks can be made payable to CCCC.

• A late fee of $25.00 will be charged and enforced if payment is not received by the third business day of each month.

• Colorado College employees may elect to have the monthly tuition automatically deducted from their paychecks. A form authorizing payroll deductions for childcare tuition payments must be completed and submitted to center administration.  The monthly tuition will be deducted from the employee's paycheck in two installments; on the 15th of each month for childcare services provided on the 1st through the 15th and deducted on the last business day of the month paycheck for childcare services provided on the 16th through the last business day of the month.

• A $25 service fee for returned checks will be charged.

 

Child Pick Up Late Fees:

We pride ourselves of being a school whose parents are on time and strive to avoid violations of late pick up. Children who are at the center late get anxious and center employees who have worked a full day need to know they can count on leaving promptly.

Parents arriving after the center closes at 5:15 pm will be penalized as follows:
$10.00 6-10 minutes late
$15.00 11-15 minutes late
$20.00 16-20 minutes late
$25.00 21-25 minutes late
$30.00 26-30 minutes late

If there are 4 or more late pick-ups in a 12-month period, there will be a $40.00 late fee per additional violation and a meeting will be set up with the parent/guardian and Center Director to discuss the continuation of childcare at the center.
