The only thing better than our campus nestled at the foot of the Rockies is the people who call it home. We’re a diverse group of curious, adventurous minds who discuss ideas on Tava Quad, study at Tutt Library after class, and explore Pikes Peak on the weekend.

Long-term success through short, focused courses.

The Block Plan is fast-paced, immersive, and designed to challenge you. By focusing on one course at a time, the Block Plan allows for deeper engagement, hands-on learning, and the flexibility to take learning beyond the classroom—into labs, the field, and the surrounding community. But when class is done in the morning, campus life kicks in for the afternoon.

Explore the Block Plan

‘Student life’ heavily focused on the word ‘life.’

With just one class in the morning and your afternoons open, you have the freedom to spend your time doing what you love—whether that’s exploring the outdoors, starting a project, joining a club, or relaxing with friends.

The Block Plan changes how we look at everything.

Each and every part of your life at CC revolves around the Block Plan. It creates a completely unique environment for you to learn and live.

Student Athletes Running

Athletics & Recreation

Colorado Springs’ nickname is Olympic City USA because high performance athletes come here to train at high altitude. Our student-athletes do the same. We have NCAA D1 Men’s Hockey and Women’s Soccer. We have 15 D3 varsity sports for top athletes. We have club sports for students who want to play competitively, and intramural sports for those who just want to have a good time. And for students who like to move but don’t want to compete, we also have a world-class fitness center.

Campus Activities

What do you love to do? Are you an outdoorsy person? An indoorsy person? Both? Whatever gets your adrenaline pumping, you’ll find friends who will drop everything to join you in skiing, photographing, hiking, crocheting, biking, crafting, camping, thrifting, kayaking, gaming, climbing, slacklining, stargazing, letterpress printing, Colorado Springs-ing, and whatever other “ing” you love to do.

Dining at CC

Because every student is on the same schedule, every student eats lunch at the same time. That means you can always eat with your friends. Plus, the food here is delicious. Not “dining hall" good. Just really good. Across campus, we have a wide variety of places to grab a bite, including coffee shops, dining halls, grills, convenience stores, and more. No matter what kind of craving you have, there's something to satisfy it.
