Feminist & Gender Studies is proud to announce Jacqueline T. Nkhonjera (Feminist & Gender Studies minor '20) will be pursuing an MA/Msc in Global Communications and Global Media at the London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of Southern California.

This program, the first of its kind, is a critical exploration of mediation in the global context, examining processes of globalization in relation to organization, production, consumption and representation in media and communications. It enables students to study the impact of globalization on communication, society, culture, politics, and media practices in two of the world’s media capitals, Los Angeles and London. This unique double degree begins with one year at The London School of Economics and Political Science in London and ends with a second year at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California, a top communication school in the U.S. with close links to the Los Angeles media industry.
