ED545 - Administering and Interpreting Academic Assessments
This course provides a comprehensive view of academic assessments. The course will focus on the characteristics of learning disabilities and coexisting disorders with an emphasis on identifying dyslexia. Also covered are an overview of statistics, the basic theories of assessment, assessment of diverse populations, and report writing. Practicum experience to practice administering academic assessments is an expected part of this course. (Not offered 2025-26).
Prerequisite: Education 544.
