ED543 - Literacy Seminar 2: Cognitive and Linguistic Structures of Written Language

Students continue to gain an understanding of the underlying processing deficits of struggling readers and the pedagogy of effective multisensory reading instruction, including student assessment, use of curricular materials, lesson design and implementation, and instructional decision making. The course delves into neurodiverse learners and the underlying causes of reading problems. (Not offered 2025-26).
